Sardor Azimzhanovich Abdullaev is the co-founder and vice president of sales for Sleep & Beyond, one of the few worldwide direct manufacturers of luxurious certified organic Merino wool bedding. He regularly travels across the states to interview and train new representatives in order to optimize performance. He also frequently attends trade shows to market new products and generate new client relationships. Another pertinent part of his position is managing financial information relevant to sales volume, margins, and market growth. He received his bachelor’s degree from California State, Fullerton and has been in the business since 1992. His ethics have played a large role in his business as he is a supporter of Green America, a non-profit organization that promotes social justice and environmental sustainability through green and fair trade business principles. Sardor is always trying to stay ahead and often reads Forbes, Entrepreneur and The Wall Street Journal. He is fluent in English, Russian, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, and Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys being with his family playing sports and traveling throughout the world. In the near future, Sardor would like to expand his clientele to Australia, the South Pacific, and Europe.
