Our products are designed to last for many years with proper care.
We offer:
1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on the towels, bath mats, and bath robes.
3-year warranty against manufacturing defects on the sheets, fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and pillows.
5-year warranty against manufacturing defects on blankets, comforters, mattress pads, and mattress toppers.
10-year warranty against manufacturing defects on mattress protectors and mattress encasements. When the purchase of the mattress protector or mattress encasement is made on the same retail sales ticket as a new mattress, Sleep & Beyond will also warranty the surface of the new mattress against stains provided it is covered with Protector at the time of the spillage.
Sleep & Beyond will repair or replace the item if it is found to be defective.
The warranty does not cover misuse or normal wear and tear.
Please note wool filled bedding products may have a mild natural scent of lanolin which assures you are receiving an authentic product free of harmful chemicals, toxins, and synthetics; this is not considered a defect. Simply air out the product for one to two weeks and the wool aroma should dissipate.
Please retain all original receipts and packing slips in order to provide proof and date of purchase.
